Personal Identity, more like personal identity crises! Creating a brand, logo and a whole identity is no easy job for a mere second year fashion degree student. This is something I’m going to have to live with for the rest of my life, identified by and associated with.
How do I want people to see me? A question that not even Google can answer it seems!
After much deliberation, rough drafts, some hair pulling and twenty different scribbled designs that all ended up being binned, I have finally come up with a Logo that is, I think befitting of me.
On reflection this task was by far the hardest to date, it is a personal reflection of myself and the emotional attachment it carries is immense. By all intent and purpose it has to emulate the essence and attitude I want to portray. It was necessary throughout the design stages that I kept a long-term view in mind, in that a well-planned identity would yield a good return in referrals and repeat business as well as being identifiably distinct.
